Using state of the art technology, Victron SmartSolar charge controllers maximize energy harvested from your solar panels. The SmartSolar MPPT maintains battery health, extending its overall life. 

The MPPT VE.Can SmartSolar charger automatically detects and charges 12, 24, or 48V battery banks with currents ranging from 70 to 100A.


The name of each model reflects the maximum PV voltage and the maximum battery charge current. For example, the Smart Solar MPPT 100/20 has a maximum PV voltage of 100V and charges the battery at a maximum of 20A.

Features include: 

    • Built-in Bluetooth to set up and monitor  SmartSolar charge controllers using the VictronConnect app. 
    • VE.Direct port used as a wired connection to a Cerbo GX, laptop, or other device.
    • Automatic Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) to optimize solar harvest in all weather conditions.
    • Outstanding efficiency of over 98%, and full output current up to 104°F.
    • Choose from 8 pre-set charge algorithms or fully customize the charge voltages, stage duration, and charge current for your exact battery chemistry using the VictronConnect app. 
    • Over temperature protection and power derating when the temperature is high.
    • PV short circuit and PV reverse polarity/PV reverse current protection
    •  An optional plug-in LCD Display provides live-data,and device management from the front of the unit.
    • CAN.Bus ports for communication with additional VE.Can Smart Solar chargers as well as a VE.Direct port

 


Victron solar charge controllers come with multiple PV terminal options to choose from to best fit your installation.

  • TR - one positive and one negative screw terminal
  • MC4 - 2 pairs of MC4 connectors (Or 3 pairs of MC4 connectors on the 150/85, 150/100, 250/85, and 250/100 models).

 

  • Solar chargers can overcharge or undercharge batteries causing irreversible damage. Victron SmartSolar MPPT solar chargers help prevent that by allowing custom charging algorithms for your battery type.

 

Built in Bluetooth connectivity allows remote monitoring and wireless system setup via the VictronConnect app.
