Smart Battery Sense

Smart Battery Sense is a wireless battery voltage and temperature sensor for Victron MPPT Solar Chargers.

By measuring voltage at the battery bank terminals, errors caused by voltage-loss due to cable resistance are avoided - guaranteeing the correct charge-voltage.

Battery temperature data is used to adjust charge voltages, or disable charging if the temperatures are outside of the safe charging range.

With voltage and temperature sense, batteries will be better charged; improving charging-efficiency and prolonging battery life.
